Salma Hayek doesn't look like most 45-year-old women.

Unlike some of her peers, the puss in boots actress tells that she never never used cosmetic surgery to look and maintain her youthful appearance.

"I have no Botox. The thought of a needle coming to my forehead, it really provides me the heebie-jeebies," she says. "So I' used  my creams. It's fantastic, it smells very good and it's relaxing. Am I opposed to doing it later? I don't know. I want to see how far I can go."

The sexy star -- married to French billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault since 2009 -- says it's a "miracle" she's still work in  in Hollywood, "especially because she is not even chasing it."
